Thrivent Trust Online Access is best accessed using the following system requirements and browsers:

Supported:

• Microsoft Vista, Microsoft Windows XP Professional, Home Edition or Tablet PC Edition (Service Pack 2 or later).

Not supported:

• Apple MAC OS, Linux, any Unix or other Operating System.
• Any Personal Computer version of Microsoft Windows prior to Windows XP Service Pack 2; any server version of Microsoft Windows.

PCs:

• Intel Pentium 4 3.0 GHz Processor.
• 1.24 GB RAM.
• 110GB Hard Drive.
• 1 video card supporting screen resolution of 1024 x 768 or higher with 8-bit color (64,000 colors) or better.
• 1 17” monitor supporting screen, resolution 1024 x 768 or higher with 8-bit color (64,000 colors) or better.

Browsers:

• Internet Explorer 7.0 (SP2 or later), 8.0, 9.0, and 10.0.
• Firefox version 3.5 or later.
• Safari.
• Google Chrome.
• Cookies must be enabled.
• Javascript must be enabled.
• Pop-ups must be allowed.

• Acrobat Reader is a freeware version, commonly installed in browsers used for viewing PDF-based documents.
