Thrivent Debuts on Newsweek’s List of America's Greatest Workplaces for Women

Thrivent selected for its commitment to maintaining an equitable workplace – including compensation, diversity, and work-life balance.

MINNEAPOLIS — Thrivent, a Fortune 500 diversified financial services organization, made its first-ever appearance on Newsweek’s list of America's Greatest Workplaces for Women. This accolade underscores Thrivent’s focus on fostering an equitable workplace and supporting the advancement of women across all levels of the organization.

America's Greatest Workplaces for Women is based on a voluntary survey of more than 142,000 women who provided over 848,000 comprehensive reviews of large and small companies based on a range of metrics, including topics like compensation, diversity and work-life balance.
