Donate online to support disaster relief efforts. For every $2 you donate through Thrivent’s online giving platform to the organizations listed below, Thrivent will add $1*. Thrivent will also pay all the processing fees so 100% will go directly to the organization**.

Lead a Thrivent Action Team
Jump into action and lead a Thrivent Action Team with your friends, family and co-workers. Use promo code “Disaster 2026” and you will receive your kit within two business days of approval. Here are some ideas to get you started:
- Assemble hygiene kits for displaced families
- Create infant & toddler care kits
- Partner with a local church or nonprofit to assist an impacted family

Direct Choice Dollars®
If you are a Thrivent client with membership, direct your available Choice Dollars to organizations helping with Disaster Response.
*Thrivent will provide a $1 match for every $2 donated to support the Washington wildfire disaster response. This match will run until the $50,000 cap is met or September 4, 2026, the sooner of the two. Donations must be made through Thrivent’s online giving platform.
**Thrivent will pay the online processing fees for personal donations made through Thrivent’s online giving platform, up to $1,000,000 per calendar year.
Thrivent Choice® is a fraternal activity that gives clients with membership a voice in Thrivent’s charitable giving. While members recommend organizations to receive funding, Thrivent maintains final authority over all charitable distributions.
