The Thrivent Member Network regional board is made up of Thrivent clients with membership. The board provides leadership and strategic insights to help carry out Thrivent's mission on a local level. Clients with membership can have a voice by voting in the elections for the Thrivent Member Network board.

As a principal engineer and general manager for Zachry Nuclear Engineering, Inc., Guidotti believes in 'The Thrivent Way' and is excited to be a part of expanding its mission. “Thrivent is equipped to be good stewards for its members and help them grow. That is unique and something I want to see expand into the greater Christian community.” Guidotti has been a Thrivent member for four years.
