Ann Beatty is a lifelong community leader with a diverse background in education, the arts, and nonprofit advancement. Her career includes serving as an Advancement Consultant for Madonna Living Community and ELCA’s Good Earth Village, along with roles at Rochester Catholic Schools, Choral Arts Ensemble, College Community Schools, St. John's Catholic School, and Rochester Montessori School. She currently serves on the boards of Lutheran Social Service of Minnesota and the YMCA of Greater Twin Cities. A proud lifelong Thrivent member, Ann is excited to support Thrivent’s mission and help members live out their Christian values in community life.

Rich Branham has spent the majority of his career bringing people together for a purpose. He is the Senior Director of Media Advancement for Northwestern Media, leading the fundraising efforts for 16 Christian radio stations across the country. He knows his community well and has volunteered with several organizations including CROSS Services, the Brooklyn Park Police Department, Hope for Youth, and The Christian Community Fair. He loves helping Thrivent and the Board assist in all areas across our communities.

Glen Gunderson is the President and CEO of YMCA of the North and brings a wealth of executive leadership and board experience to the Thrivent Member Network. As a relatively new Thrivent member, Glen is deeply aligned with the organization’s social and faith-based mission. He is passionate about helping Thrivent bridge its legacy with forward-thinking leadership that serves the broader community. Glen is eager to support the growth of Thrivent’s mission across the region, bring strategic insight into board discussions, and help foster a generative and impactful board environment.

Dianna Parks is the Executive Director of Good Earth Village in Spring Valley, MN where she leads the organization's mission and community outreach. She is an active member of the Mission Leadership Team at People of Hope Church and has contributed her time and leadership to a variety of organizations. Her past service includes roles on the Lutheran Outdoor Ministries Board, chairing the Development Committee for the Boys and Girls Club of Rochester, and serving on the boards of the Possibilities Foundation and Mayo Clinic Newcomers, among many other community efforts. Dianna is passionate about helping people pursue their financial goals while living generously and in community. “As a Christian, I am called to serve and to give generously, and the alignment of my values and Thrivent’s purpose is exciting to me,” she shares.
