Our first 2025 community initiative is ready to kick off! Better Together: Food Drive 25"! This program is a wonderful opportunity for you and your friends and families to make a meaningful impact in your communities! Here’s How You Can Make a Difference:

What:
- A food drive where members regardless of where they live, can collect food items to benefit a local Thrivent Choice approved food bank/shelf of their choice. For each non-perishable item donated, the local Thrivent Member Network will donate $1 up to $150, to the selected food bank/shelf, provided they are part of the Thrivent Choice catalog.
- You can also use your Thrivent Action Teams to “super size” the drive. Use it to provide refreshments, purchase non-perishable items the pantry might need or “fill gaps” in donated items.

When:
- February 1st through April 30th.

How to Participate:
- Register your spot (limited spots are available).
- Select a food bank that is part of the Thrivent Choice catalog. (we can help confirm if needed).
- Apply to lead a Thrivent Action Team as way to boost your impact! (optional)
- Plan and host your food drive at a time and place that works best for you.
- Submit proof of your event by April 30th to qualify for the matching donation.
