The Thrivent Financial Constitution for Branches (Link opens in new window) (PDF, 112K) establishes the general powers, responsibilities and governance structure of local chapters. Although chapters are largely self-governing, they conduct their activities in accordance with the Articles and Bylaws of Thrivent Financial for Lutherans (Link opens in new window) (PDF, 150K). Pursuant to those articles and bylaws, the board of directors of Thrivent has established this constitution. Chapter leaders are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the constitution in preparation for taking on their role on the chapter leadership board.

Note: The use of the word "Branches" in the title of the Constitution was done to encompass all lodge structures of Thrivent. Chapter is one of our lodge structures.
