Member Leadership Administration Systems

In addition to information about policies, procedures and guidelines you may read about in Member Leader Resources, you're also able to access administration systems that help you carry out your volunteer role. In order to access your administration system you need to be registered on

Chapter Leadership Administration System

If you're an elected chapter leader, the Chapter Leadership Administration system allows you to:

  • View chapter details and program funds available.
  • Manage chapter leader and congregational volunteer information.
  • Manage chapter meeting minutes and announcements.
  • Order chapter supplies.
  • Manage income and expenses
  • Request Care Abounds in Communities® funding and report activity results.
  • Create and manage chapter mailings.
  • View and print reports and listings. For example, view membership listings for your chapter and congregations in your chapter.
  • View contact information for your regional Community Engagement team.

Congregational Volunteer Administration System

If you're a congregational advocate, the Congregational Volunteer Administration system allows you to:

  • View and print a congregational member listing (members of Thrivent Financial in your congregation).
  • View and print a Choice Dollars® summary report.
  • Order congregation supplies.
  • View details about the chapter leadership board for the chapter your congregation belongs to.
  • View information for congregational advocates in other congregations in your chapter.
  • View Care Abounds in Communities® chapter activities.
  • View contact information for your regional Community Engagement team.

Thrivent Builds Leaders Only System

If you're a Thrivent Builds chapter specialist, the Thrivent Builds Leaders Only system allows you to:

  • Report Thrivent Builds fundraising results.
  • Report administrative items such as meetings or time spent recruiting volunteers.
  • Create Thrivent Builds chapter mailings.
  • Record gifts-in-kind
  • Manage Thrivent Builds chapter and congregational volunteer information.
  • View and print an activity focus report, as well as chapter and congregational member listings.
  • View contact information for your regional Community Engagement Team.
  • Access the Thrivent Builds resources site.
