Online Banking & eStatements

Register for Online Banking

Soon after being elected or appointed, financial directors and assistant financial directors are encouraged to sign up for and utilize online banking.

Enroll now in online banking and e-statements through the Thrivent Federal Credit Union (Link opens in new window). A Quick Reference Guide (Link opens in new window) (PDF, 270K) is available to assist with the enrollment process.

The financial director will receive a registration confirmation email within 24 hours.

Note: All chapter leaders who have access to the chapter account must use the same login information. Once the financial director has established online banking access, the User ID and password should be shared with the assistant financial director and/or any other leaders who have banking authorization.

Signing Up for eStatements

You can choose to receive monthly statements via email instead of U.S. mail. You can also review statements from the previous year online and print them if needed.

Your chapter may already be enrolled in eStatements. If you don't receive a credit union statement for the current month by the middle of the next (e.g., January's statement should arrive by mid-February), it's likely the former financial director was enrolled in eStatements. Contact the Credit Union Customer Interaction Center at 866-226-5225 to confirm.

If you know the account is enrolled in eStatements and would like to continue receiving them in this fashion, your email address must be communicated to the credit union. Otherwise, the previous financial director will continue receiving this information. You can verify and change the email address for the chapter's account:

  1. Visit online banking (Link opens in new window).
  2. Login with the chapter user ID and password.
  3. Click on "Member Service".
  4. Click on "Manage Contact Information".
  5. Click on "Change next to "Primary Email Address".
  6. Change or update your email address and phone number, click the "Save Changes" button.

Access your statement by clicking on the "Statements" tab. Each month, you'll receive an email notification when your statement is ready.

If the financial director does not know the chapter's EIN, contact a representative from the Member Connection Center at 800-THRIVENT (800-847-4836) and say 'fraternal'.
