On my mind: A focus on gratitude

I recently celebrated my two-year anniversary with Thrivent. This milestone has given me the opportunity to reflect on my journey and think about what it means to be part of the team that gets the privilege of serving our members.

There is one, overriding feeling I get when I think of my time here: Gratitude.

Last year, Thrivent and our members donated 11 million volunteer hours and $238 million to their communities. It’s truly inspiring. We can do so much good in this world when we follow our hearts and live generously. Our word is our bond, and our ability to serve clients in the ways they need us most depends on being financially strong and stable, even in the face of economic headwinds. This year, Thrivent once again received the A++ (Superior) rating from AM Best, which is the highest of the agency’s 13 ratings categories. This rating means we are well-positioned today to help Christians achieve financial clarity for generations to come. We aren’t going anywhere because we are playing the long game.
