Member Complaints

Most member complaints are handled through Thrivent Financial representatives, customer service representatives or the Member Relations area at the corporate office. If you have a complaint, please fill out our Member Complaint Form (PDF, 1.45M) and return it to Member Relations.

If normal complaint-handling activities do not resolve the complaint, in lieu of litigation, members are required (with some exceptions) to seek resolution of their disputes through the Member Dispute Resolution Program.
