5. Method of Conducting Meetings. Except for meetings at which voting for elected Leadership Board members occurs, meetings may be conducted through the use of any means of communication by which either (i) all participants may simultaneously hear each other during the meeting, or (ii) all communication during the meeting is immediately transmitted to each participant and each participant is able to immediately send messages to all other participants. Meetings which involve voting for elected Leadership Board members shall be conducted in person.

Except for meetings where chapter leadership board members are elected (these must be held in person), meetings can be conducted through the use of any means of communications where either:
  • All participants simultaneously hear each other during the meeting (e.g., face-to-face meetings or teleconferences), or
  • All communication during the meeting is immediately transmitted to each participant, and each participant is able to immediately send messages to all other participants (e.g., online chat room on chapter Web site).
