Benefits — Ordering Guidelines
Chapter Leaders and Congregational Coordinators are permitted to order five (5) complimentary copies of each member benefit per calendar year, for use in helping people who are grieving or wanting to make end-of-life decisions, or as part of a Sunday school educational CLASS. (Member benefits are NOT to be used as giveaways or door prizes at financial sales seminars. They may not be used as part of the sales process.) For inquiries about other purposes, send an e-mail to fraternal@thrivent.com.
To purchase additional copies (at your own expense, after you have ordered your five complimentary copies), call our fulfillment house, Quality Mail Marketing. Dial 1-800-778-1762 and select option 2. You can purchase benefits—at cost—that we have the rights to sell. Quality Mail Marketing can tell you the price. You will need a credit card to make a purchase.
Please use only the following four member benefits in displays at chapter or church events:
- A Time to Mourn, A Time to Dance: Help for the Losses in Life
- Step by Step: Your Guide to Making Practical Decisions When a Loved One Dies
- Your Will Planning Guide
- The Estate Protection Record Keeper
Other member benefits will be discontinued when inventory of an item is depleted.
Our members can order member benefits by calling toll-free 1-800-372-8236. They also can see a current list of available member benefits and order one copy of each benefit per calendar year by going to www.thrivent.com > Members/Chapters > Benefits/Services for Members > Order Member Benefits.
