Because more than 90 percent of our volunteer leaders (chapter leaders and congregational coordinators) are Windows PC and Internet Explorer users, the Chapter Leadership Administration and Congregational Coordinator Administration sections of www.thrivent.com are built to support this platform. Many volunteer leaders without this platform also are able to use these sections with no problems. However, some people without the required platform (e.g., Macintosh users) may experience problems making it difficult to perform volunteer leader responsibilities.

As you recruit chapter leaders and congregational coordinators, please inform them of this platform and the recommended system requirements, which are documented below:

Installed software - Adobe ® Acrobat Reader 5.0 or above.
