Constitution for Chapters

The Thrivent Financial for Lutherans Constitution for Chapters establishes the general powers, responsibilities and governance structure of local chapters. Although chapters are largely self-governing, they conduct their activities in accordance with the Articles and Bylaws of Thrivent Financial for Lutherans. Pursuant to those articles and bylaws, the Board of Directors of Thrivent Financial for Lutherans has established this constitution. Chapter leaders are encouraged to familiarize themselves with the constitution in preparation for taking on their role on the chapter leadership board.




This is proprietary information that is solely for use by employees, volunteers, and agents of Thrivent Financial for Lutherans in connection with fraternal activities of Thrivent Financial for Lutherans.
