When an elected chapter leadership vacancy occurs, the Operations Center must be notified so that the person can be removed from Thrivent Financial's chapter leadership records.
The Operations Center can be informed in one of the following ways:
Members of the chapter leadership board cannot call in to report the resignation of another leader and must not attempt to terminate them online. They should instruct the resigning leader to submit a letter of resignation or call the Fraternal Service Center.
If a situation occurs where the chapter leadership board would like to remove an elected chapter leader due to some kind of conflict, the leadership board should call its Lutheran Community Services contact or the Fraternal Service Center.
