This team of professionals and key volunteers exists exclusively to support the efforts of your chapter and serve the congregations and other Lutheran organizations in your region. The MLCS provides fraternal leadership and direction to develop and promote fraternal awareness, increase membership growth and member involvement, and support chapters at the regional level. The MLCS has a team of paid (full- and part-time) staff and volunteers called the LCS Team. Team members interact with chapters, congregations, institutions, volunteers and Thrivent Financial associates. Chapter leaders can find members of their regional LCS Team in the Chapter Leadership Administration section.
