Call Center

Fraternal Service Center staff members are ready to take your calls and
e-mails with any fraternal questions you may have.

You may reach staff members at 800-236-3736, during the following hours:

7 a.m. to 9 p.m.—Central time—Monday and Tuesday.
7 a.m. to 6 p.m.—Central time—Wednesday through Friday.

If you call during nonoperating hours, you will be able to leave a message, and a staff member will get back to you. You also may send an e-mail message to the Fraternal Service Center at fraternal@thrivent.com.
