Fraternal customer

Fraternal Service Center staff members are ready to take your calls about
any fraternal questions you may have. If you are having problems finding information
in CHIP and would like to personally speak with a Fraternal customer service
advocate to get your question answered, please call the Fraternal Service
Center at 800-236-3736.
You may reach staff members
during the following hours:
7 a.m. to 9 p.m. Central
time Monday and Tuesday.
7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central time Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
If you call during nonoperating
hours, you will be able to leave a message, and a staff member will get back
to you. If you would like to contact a fraternal customer service advocate

page.

marks - Use quotation marks to find words which must appear adjacent

- Wildcard searches can expand the number of matches for a particular
request. The * character is used as the wildcard character *
