EINEmployer Identification Number

Thrivent Financial for Lutherans applies for an Employer Identification Number (EIN) from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) for each chapter. To find out your chapter's EIN, you may contact the Fraternal Service Center in Appleton.

The EIN is not a state sales-tax-exemption number. Thrivent Financial uses the EIN when it prepares IRS tax reporting for each chapter.

Note: The IRS requires a chapter leader name and address for the chapter's EIN. Thrivent Financial supplies the Financial Director's name and address to fulfill this requirement.
