Ways to Eliminate or Reduce the Initial Sales Charges
An initial sales charge applies when you purchase Class A shares of the Thrivent Mutual Funds, excluding the Thrivent Money Market Fund and Thrivent Limited Maturity Bond Fund. The amount of the sales charge decreases as the amount of your investment in the Thrivent Mutual Funds increases.

There are several other ways to eliminate or reduce the initial sales charge.
See the Thrivent Mutual Funds prospectus for additional ways to reduce or eliminate the sales charge.
Rights of Accumulation: You can combine the value of all shares of any class of the Thrivent Mutual Funds (except the Thrivent Money Market Fund or Thrivent Limited Maturity Bond Fund) owned by you or members of your family who live with you for the purposes of calculating the sales charge for Class A shares.
Exceptions:
- All accounts related to employer-sponsored retirement plans, including SEP IRA, SIMPLE IRA and 403(b) Plans, will be linked by employer for purposes of calculating the sales change for shares purchased through that retirement plan.
- Corporate or partnership accounts are linked separately from the owners’ individual accounts unless owned by a single person.
Automatic Reinvestments: Class A shares that you purchase by automatically reinvesting dividends or capital gains distributions from Class A shares are not subject to any initial sales charge.
Thirteen-month Letter of Intent: If you intend to accumulate $50,000 or more, including the value of previous purchases in Class A or Class B shares of one or more of the Funds (except the Thrivent Money Market Fund or Thrivent Limited Maturity Bond Fund) within the next thirteen months, you may sign a Letter of Intent and receive a reduced sales charge on purchases of any Class A shares.
Reinvestment upon Redemption: If you redeem Class A shares of any fund other than the Thrivent Money Market Fund or Thrivent Limited Maturity Bond Fund , or if you redeem Class B shares of any Fund, you may reinvest any amount of your redemption into Class A shares of any of the Thrivent Mutual Funds without paying a sales charge. You may also reinvest any cash dividends you received from Class A or B shares into Class A shares of any of the Thrivent Mutual Funds without paying a sales charge. You must reinvest the redemption amount or cash dividends within 90 days after redeeming your Class A or B shares and notify us that your qualify for this discount. Note: Your redemption may still be a taxable event even if the shares are later reinvested.
Surrender or Dividend Withdrawal: If you request a surrender or dividend withdrawal from a life insurance or annuity contract issued by Thrivent Financial for Lutherans or Thrivent Life Insurance Company, and use the proceeds to purchase Class A shares of the Thrivent Mutual Funds, the sales charge will be waived.
Purchases by Tax-exempt Organizations: Class A shares of any of the Thrivent Mutual Funds are available at one-half of the regular sales charge, if any, if purchased by an organization qualifying for tax-exemption under Sections 501(c)(3) and 501(c)(13) of the Internal Revenue Code.
Investment Advisory Program: Class A shares purchased in connection with fee-based investment advisory services offered by Thrivent Investment Management Inc. or Thrivent Financial Bank will not be subject to any sales charge.
