GivingPlus® Program
Your gift to a favorite Lutheran educational institution or outreach ministry organization can accomplish even more. Thrivent Financial has earmarked $27.5 million for the GivingPlus® Program. Using those funds, we'll contribute $1 for every $2 that a member donates to an eligible and enrolled institution or organization.

Simply Giving®
The Simply Giving® program is designed to help Lutheran congregations, schools and institutions benefit from the planned giving and ongoing stewardship of members by allowing the institutions to receive donations and tuition payments through electronic funds transfers. This service helps provide reliable, timely and more predictable revenue throughout the year. Schools benefit from a decrease in late or forgotten tuition payments.

Financial Education Curriculum
Your Values, Your Choices, Your Money: Making the Most of Your Finances

This 7-session financial education curriculum provides adult low-wage earners with the information and skills necessary for them to manage and use their money. The curriculum guides participants to view all of their financial decisions through the lens of personal values and goals and emphasizes that all we have - our selves, our families, our communities and our money - is a gift from God and we are responsible to take care of all of those gifts.

Additional Items

Confirmation Recognition
Confirmation crosses and gift cards are made available at no cost for recognition of all juvenile and adult individuals who have affirmed their faith at Lutheran congregations through confirmation. Recipients of the cross do not need to be a member of Thrivent Financial for Lutherans.

Pastor's Desk Diary
This program provides gratis desk diaries for Lutheran pastors, vicars and seminarians. The diaries are mailed directly to all Lutheran, rostered and ordained clergy, Lutheran seminary students and interns.

Thrivent Financial Wall Calendars
The Thrivent Financial wall calendar has multiple roles. First, the calendar is designed to increase awareness of our organization. Second, the calendar continues its traditional role of helping to maintain relationships with key Lutheran publics. Complimentary calendars are provided to Lutheran congregations and schools in each region. The manager of Lutheran community services (MLCS) determines the distribution method (drop shipped or in-person delivery) to be used in the region.
