  • Recruiting Specialist: If you know how to motivate others to take action, you can excel as a recruiting specialist. You’ll be responsible for the recruiting and selection activities of the regional financial office, hiring quality financial representatives to serve our members and the Lutheran community.
  • Marketing Specialist: Ready for an exciting, fast-paced position that lets you apply your marketing skills and creative talents? As a marketing specialist, you’ll develop and implement marketing plans and campaigns to promote the regional financial office and financial representatives.
  • Training Specialist: As a training specialist you’ll coordinate and implement training and career development for financial representatives in your regional financial office. And you’ll experience the satisfaction that comes from helping others grow and succeed.
  • Market Conduct Specialist: Do you have an eye for detail? As a market conduct specialist, you’ll be responsible for the regulatory and quality business review of all securities licensed individuals within the regional financial office. Sound important? It is.
  • Lutheran Community Services Specialist: You don’t have to give up financial compensation for the rewards that come from helping others. As a Lutheran community services specialist, you’ll coordinate congregational and community service programs. You’ll also be responsible for identifying, recruiting, training and supporting local Thrivent Financial chapter leaders who help members reach out to their congregations, local nonprofit organizations and individuals and families in need.
  • Regional Office Manager: When you become a regional office manager, you become a core member of a professional team. Responsibilities include managing the day-to-day operations of a regional financial office and analyzing and organizing office procedures.  
  • Regional Office Assistant: The administrative and operations support you provide to the staff as a regional office assistant will be invaluable to the growth and success of the entire regional financial office. With these responsibilities also comes opportunities . . . for continued growth and compensation.
