Marvin joined the organization in 1988. After just two years as a financial representative, his can-do attitude propelled him into a leadership role. He became a managing partner in 1995, and has led his regional financial office to continued growth through the years.

Marvin is passionate about helping others. He has demonstrated this commitment as a coach and leader to the members of his regional financial office team. He also "gives back" through his community involvement, which includes serving on the board of Water to Thrive.

In his free time, Marvin enjoys spending time with his wife, Shavonn, and two children, at their ranch in Coppell, Texas.
