We take pride in working with interns who strive for excellence in whatever they do. If you meet the qualifications to become an intern, you can take advantage of an exciting opportunity that allows you to excel to your fullest potential.

Following are the requirements to begin the program.

  • Obtain and maintain a state life and health insurance license before your contract date. Ask a recruiter for more information.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license.
  • Be enrolled in a college (must have proof of enrollment as an undergraduate or graduate student).
  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Pass a background check conducted on behalf of Thrivent Financial.
  • Be able to work in the United States after college graduation, without sponsorship.
  • Commit to a full-time internship of no less than 12 weeks.
