What information do we gather on our Web site?
For added security, to access any of your personal account information in the Online Banking or Credit Card Account Access sections, you will need to provide your customer number and personal identification number (PIN). When enrolling for these services, you will need to provide your name, Social Security number, phone number, e-mail address, date of birth, address and Thrivent Financial Bank account numbers

Additionally, the Online Mortgage Center will require you to enter financial information and information about the home if you are applying online for a mortgage.

What other information do we capture?
Thrivent Financial Bank's Web server automatically recognizes only your IP address when you visit our site. It does not recognize your e-mail address. However, we do collect your e-mail address if you communicate with us via e-mail or register at our site.

Thrivent Financial Bank collects aggregate information about the pages visited within our Web site. However, we do not track an individual's path through our site.
