Nikki joined Thrivent Financial in 2002 as Vice President of New Business Ventures and the Financial Consulting Group. In 2003, she was promoted to Senior Vice President, Business Development, and in 2004, was promoted to Senior Vice President, Marketing and Investment Products. Prior to joining Thrivent Financial, Nikki served as Senior Vice President for RBC Dain Rauscher. In her seven years at RBC Dain, Sorum led strategic planning and corporate development, launched and revamped product lines resulting in larger market share, and guided the growth strategy for Correspondent Clearing Services.
